Outwood Academy Riverside is pleased to announce that we will be introducing iPayimpact online payments to eliminate the need for your child to carry cash to school for school meals, trips and school shop items. We will be introducing the new payment system week commencing Monday 14th September 2020. Attached you will find some additional information on biometric processes, along with Frequently Asked Questions.
Please could you complete the attached Opt-In Form which will need to be signed and returned to the academy by Friday 11th September 2020. Our Biometric Registration Day will take place week commencing Monday 14th September 2020.
Please note that from Monday 21st September 2020 there will be no facilities within school to accept cash payments for school meals, trips, stationery and other adhoc items. We therefore strongly advise parents to use this online payment system with immediate effect so any issues can be sorted before the cash payment facilities in school cease to operate.

To support the Trust in becoming fully cashless, giving the following benefits:
Removing the risk of students losing money To help reduce and eliminate the spread of any virus or germs Removing time spent queuing to top up funds at break times Keeping up with the digital world and people using cash less and less Monetary and officer admin time savings, enabling us to redeploy these
efficiencies
In order to use the iPayimpact website you will need to register via www.ipayimpact.co.uk. Once registered you will be able to make payments directly into your child's account. All details on how to sign up can be found on the attached information sheet.
